Refreshments

We offer a pre-booked service for meals and picnic baskets, from €6/person. Please contact the catering department ([email protected]) for details and prices of the various menus.

Ways to pay

• the day of your visit, on arrival (cheque, cash or credit/debit card)
• deferred payment, by giving us a fully completed order form when you arrive, signed and stamped by the payment authority.

If the number of adults/children is greater than stated on the order form, you must undertake to pay the additional charges.
Conversely, if the amount stated on the order form is greater than the number attending, you will pay only for the number actually entering the zoo. If this document is not produced, you will be refused entry to the zoo.
Payment for the group must be made in a single transaction.
Please report to reception with the exact number of adults and children present.
