The La Barben Animal Park offers you new activities to discover the life of animals, better understand their behaviour and dive behind the scenes of the park! These are all unique opportunities to meet our residents.
Privileged meetings
Experience a unique moment as close as possible to the animals!
Accompanied by an animator, go behind the scenes of the park and discover 4 species. Take part in feedings, listen to anecdotes… This is the perfect experience for animal lovers.
Each session is different: surprise is part of the adventure!
Do not hesitate to specify your favorite species at the time of your reservation as well as any phobias (reptiles or birds may be on the program). These visits are done with respect for the animals and your safety, no direct contact is allowed with the animals.

From 8 years old – maximum 5 people per group. Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult participating in the activity

The sums collected are entirely donated to our association Ecofaune, in order to finance programs for the protection of species in their natural environment.
Passion for Healer
For those who want to discover the profession of animal caretaker.
Discover the daily life of the teams who take care of the park’s residents:

- and maintenance of spaces.
An authentic and unforgettable experience, conducted with respect for animal welfare and your safety, no direct contact is allowed with animals.

Anniversaries
For children from 5 to 14 years old, several formulas to choose from according to their desires: adventure, exploration, or festive snack.

- Gourmet: entrance + little train + snack→ €15.50/child – €22.50 per adult
- Adventure: entrance + little train + entertainment→ €19/child – €17 per adult
- Safari: entrance + little train + entertainment + snack + gift → €27.50/child – €22.50 per adult
Free for the birthday child and an accompanying adult.

Holiday internship
For 5 days, children from 8 to 14 years old discover the profession of caretaker, participate in feedings, games and nature workshops, and experience unique moments with the animals.
